Thank you Coldcoct, i appreciate the honesty and constructive criticism. Thanks everyone else for your comments as well. We are most definitely open to any questions and comments on our dogs and site. As you know the site is currently under construction and we are planning to add much more content, with vids, line info, and health certifications.
For health certifications both Bintu and Sulo’s mother and father are OFA EXCELLENT, I plan to get permission from Tina to post the results. All of our dogs have great bone structure, muscle tone, agility and we have had no health issues with any of them.
We also plan to add that for temperaments all of our dogs have their C.G.C.s and the also do therapy work, we plan to add pics of that as well. We plan to get them their GDT and their BH as soon as we can, I have complete confidence they could all pass them TODAY.
As for competing it will be just weight pull for now until we can make the time to travel as there are not many clubs/trainers around here, we have looked and the few we went and met had shepherds that they could not even control. We are big on pack leadership and control and when we show up to a meet and there are no dogs under control and they are all just agitating at each other aggressively we just did not want to subject our dogs to that. If anyone knows any trainers in Colorado please email me.
Also just to add we are not a breeding kennel. The last litter we had was November of 2006, that was Cognac X Diesel. This was Cognac’s 2nd and last litter, as we are keeping a female to further her line, same with Porter, this was his 2nd and last litter (his last litter was in January of 2004 to Bailey, which we kept Diesel). We only breed our bandogges to further our lines and pack, we also plan to dedicate as much time and energy in improving the state of the Neapolitan Mastiff, we are in the process of obtaining a couple more proven healthy Performance neo lines for our foundation dogs , we plan to make it our life goal to get the ball rolling for the neos and get them back to the healthy state they were in only 50 years ago.
Again thanks for the comments and questions, we are glad that our site portrays what we want, a healthy, balanced, clean environment for our pack as well as strict structure, boundaries and dogs that will lay down their life to protect the rest of the pack.
