Some Nagazi look more CAO than CO.
Even thou u r correct based on region yes they should be more CO.
Some Gamper look CAO or ASD and some CO.
But some will peddle a CO that looks like a CAO than say this is the original yayayayay.
Unless Central Asian was a island off the coast of Russia no way Gampers or Nagazi or Alabai can lay claim they were the first .
But we are basing our idealisms on what they should look like on our own work or dogs.
Who knows maybe the Gamper was supposed to look like CO vs the CAO.
Today the modern CO standard is much more restricted and self producing dogs
With higher predictability in health type etc when compared to the open CAO standards that cover so many many types of dogs that could be divided.
If u have time anyone have a english nagazi site to post? I got to go muck out.
I prefer Longer feathered dewlap Type of CAS.
But I am still a fan of this dog anchar.
He is different.
Turkmen wolf dogs hundred years ago has Prick ears , 1st standards for CAO had high standing ears, now they are low set.
Either way great learning thing about history when looking at your breed or mine.

Just this side of heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge.
When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge.
All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor; those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by.
The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing; they each miss someone very special to them, who had to be left behind.
They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. His bright eyes are intent; His eager body quivers. Suddenly he begins to run from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster.
You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart.
Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together....
