Stolen Fila Pup - Arkansas

PERMISSION TO CROSS-POST Around 1pm today CST, Sunday, this Fila pup was STOLEN at a RESTSTOP on HIGHWAY 30 IN HOPE, ARKANSAS. The new owner was heading back to Ohio from Dallas and stopped for gas and reststop. When she went inside to use the restroom, with the car locked but windows open slightly, witnesses said that two African American youths did a smash and grab and took the Red Brindle (Arecia) male Fila pup from her car. A police report can not be filed until tomorrow since the Hope, Arkansas police have a very limited staff at the police station so she is having to stay overnight in Hope to file a report tomorrow. The police are now saying that it may not even be their jurisdiction, but the county's?? Here is a pic of him just taken this morning.
