Don't know of that organization or have experience with it but the breed ban in Denver is a horrible problem that people have been fighting since it was enacted in 2005. In May of this year, the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit has ruled in favor of plaintiffs Sonya Dias, Hillary Engel, and Sheryl White in their appeal challenging the constitutionality of the Denver breed ban. They had to go to U.S. appeals courts because the lower courts refused to even allow their case to be heard. Of course, Denver can appeal the 10th circuit decision to the U.S. Supreme Court and hope they reverse the 10 circuit decision.
Anyway.....that site does have a lot of information on it that is pretty current about the efforts to overturn the Denver breed ban.
The breed ban in Denver isn't just spay or neuter your pitbul and put a muzzle on it......you can't own a bull terrier, AmStaff, APBT or any breed that looks like or has qualities of any of those breeds in Denver (the city will come and take it and euthenize it)
