Fila in need of rescue

hmmm...second time trying to post - hopefully this time it shows up. There's a 3 year old neutered (fawn) male Fila in my local shelter who needs out. I live in a smallish community, and his adoption prospects from the shelter are zilch - he's been there six months already and is out of time. He is good with cats and other dogs, knows basic obedience commands, housebroken. Typical Fila personality - gentle with people he knows, excellent guarding ability. This is not some watered-down gentle fuzzy giant who just looks like a Fila - this boy is the real thing. He WILL back up that bark, so requires a serious owner. He is located in BC, Canada.
