Need breed Help

Have a Dobie she is going on eleven. Looking for a guard dog for a small ranch. No livestock but kids ranging from 12 to 17 years of age. Want protection but user friendly. Live in WA, and this site has so many breed do not know which one to start looking at. What is the breed on top of the board?
