Rather sad... Granted pets are great and I'm not against them but any time a person treats an animal more like he's human than he is animal there's going to be an issue where safety is at risk...even Chimps...the DNA is there...they're not humans...they just aren't...
As far as Xanax...I know of some dogs on antidepressants and anti anxiety meds that are also prescribed for people...not sure bout Xanax though.
Sad story.
