Biggino, what lines is your Presa from? Do you plan on working your Presa?
As in any breed there are good and not as good dogs. I look to see if the parents have been temperament tested; if you plan on working the dog do the parents have any titles? As with any popular dog; too many people just start breeding with no regard to temperament/health and it becomes very hard to find a dog with the qualities you want in any breed. More reason to temperament test the breeding stock!!! There are good dogs in both breeds; finding them is the difficult part!
