I recently lost my beloved Tosa and while I would have loved another one I was a bit gun shy because of the health issues my girl had and I also didn't want to purchase any dog when there are so many that are homeless. I love the rare mastiffs and didn't really have a preference other than I needed a female, preferrably a puppy because of my geriatric male Akita and cats. Long story short when I heard about a Presa/Corso mix in rescue I didn't hesitate.
