I did the same thing (Merrick Wilderness blend) a month ago or so with our three dogs and had the same reaction. All three dogs had the runs, no vomiting. Fortunately the younger two dogs made it outside, unfortunately our 13 year old Akita presented me and my wife with several hours of cleaning. I immedaitely swiched them back to their usual Pro-Plan and the problem was solved. I did return the Merrick and was given a full refund. The ingredients in Merrick dog foods look awesome, however maybe their to rich or they had some bad batches. I noticed that it had a pretty strong fishy odor.
