And no one's denying there is a big problem. I recently saw a very nice Boxer someone dumped because they couldn't handle it. They only had it for 3 months and it was less than a year old. They'd taken the time to import it and it was a very nice looking Boxer (no smashed in face) but they didn't take the time to train it.

All that dog needed was some direction. Several of us handled the dog with no problem (and we're not experts by any means) and she was very friendly. There are so many cases like this and the ones that are so quick to dump dogs often just turn around and get another one.
