Bad, bad reaction to food.

Anyone ever have a dog have a bad reaction to Merrick dog food? I did a slow switch to the Wilderness blend, with them on just that a day or two ago.

Today, both of them had a terrible bout of the runs and one was vomiting a lot. Vet check says they're fine, so I didn't get a bad batch or anything. Before I got my male Anatolian x Leon he was fed nothign but Beneful and Purina junk, and my Aussie has had everything from raw to natural kibble ... why this reaction?

Ideas?
