Do you have any experience with working with LSGs? If not, of all the LSGs, for the novice, Pyrs and Kuvasok (Kuvas) are the easiest to work with and many still retain a lot of the drive needed to guard livestock. There are still breeders who have dogs that can work and will work.
Some of the rarer breeds are superb and have even more of the drive as they are ess watered down, but they also may be more than someone who have never worked an LSG is prepared for.
