At first I thought- Great Pry but will be kinda HOT.
Then I said - ASD but the extra land will be kinda hard . You need to find a ASD that comes from a working line with less chance for wandering or jumping fence they are very agile.
Then you mention Chickens - rabbits.
I said Estrela --- they are a great LGD breed and more apt to be kind to the little ones.
PS I did not mention the CASD cause your concern is more of the livestock and less of human protection.
Even my working line are sold to protect humans first livestock 2nd.
