You only repeat again and again NO LAWS what so ever - You never offer a solution to the pet over population, the many owners who who dogs that should NOT - who cause BSL, and to the many breeders who gives a rats ass what where who gets their dogs..

Our country was founded on LAWS, it took us out of the Dark ages and COLD War.

If you dont want any laws for dog breeding than move to a 3rd world country where they eat, tortue or just dont care.

Or get off your high horse and write a LAW here or a regulation you would back..
