Well you didn't ask me directly what I support but I do my best to support the BB rescue with transport when needed and depending on my own busy schedule I'll take in a foster if need be. So far I am too far off the beaten path to do a whole lot.

I support Pit Bull people educating as much as possible and keeping an eye out at the shelter for any that may be problems as well as dealing with people privately...My local animal shelter isn't all that great at taking me up on my offers of help even monitary, but if someone comes to me needing to either get a dog pulled or get one in rescue because they've got minor problems I get the contacts all in touch with one another and get it done... Basically if someone comes to me needing help, or if I find a dog needing help I get him/her where they need to be or they stay here... Shreek is the last dog we rescued from a parkinglot. Nobody claimed her so she stayed with us.

Ozzy was also a rescue received at 9mos. and wildly overstepping his bounds having taken control of his entire household he was also mal nourished. Papreekah was also rescued from living in a barn (whippet) in our Wyoming weather... Banshee we purchased as a rescue (same with the whippet) at four weeks they wanted here out of there. Her mom was basically out of milk anyway and was bred by a fence jumper on her first heat...this is a Dane b###h BTW. Monty is the first dog we got as a couple and he was actually a stray, skinny and with a pretty serious wound on his leg...no tags and nobody claimed him. The majority of my dogs are rescues of some kind. I just got back from the shelter not long ago looking for elderly small dogs or small shy dogs etc...however I missed the one I figured would need it the most, an older pom who'd just been adopted... I even looked for some pocket pets but they were fresh out.
