Its nice to read that some are making progress and I'd ask Peta to mind its own business. Vick etal are pieces of crap.

I don't think that I'd expect to socialize them with other dogs but rather work so they could remain calm while on leash near another dog. Maybe they can become dog friendly but neither my Akita or Tosa who were both raised in the city and socialized extensively as puppies were appropriate to "play at the doggy park" as adults.
