there is a web site for the manufatured housing institute. they have a link that you can print out a booklet that will tell you a lot of things you need to know ans questions you should ask. ask how long the manufacture has been in business where will your service come from. what is the average length of time to wait for service. how long has the dealer been there and does he have any bad reports at the bbb or attorney gernerals office.
