Looking for home

My husband and I are looking into buying land and getting a manufactured home put on it. I've skimmed through your website and this scares the crap out of me. We are low income with 3 children so we need a 4 bedroom home. Regular homes cost way too much this size or are in terrible shape. Any suggestions? Any manufactured homes that are good? We do not want a mobile. Thanks for your time and concern!
