You may have already tried your State Administrative Agency, if not they MAY help. Results from most such agencies are doubtful, they seem to look out more for the industry than the consumer in many states, but they will frequently address safety related issues (out of fear, I think):
Manufactured Building Division
Office of State Fire Marshal

: We did go to the Attorney General and
: the Department of Public Health.
: This was early on in our problems
: right after the house was set in
: 2004. This did help in the early
: stages, one of the work orders even
: states "contacted Attorney
: General". The problems we are
: dealing with now are ones that have
: always been here, but the dealer and
: manufacturer were both supposed to
: come out and make a determination.
: That is the gridlock we are stuck at
: now...they just won't show. We have
: hired a lawyer and I do plan to take
: every route of action available to
: us as consumers of a faulty home,
: politically and otherwise. Thanks
: for your input. Bethany
