I do not have a gateway, but a Fleetwood! However, I am dealing with the same issue. Just BLAM, the mold has taken over the entire home. We can't get out, we have lost out jobs due to illness related to mold, and childrens illness. I am trying ot find a direction to point this to, and am stuggling. So far, our good faith estimate made by some drunk handy man our mortgage comp. sent to do inspection, and he only complete 1/2, had no education in mold, and was a flippin hillbillie drunk (so you can see I believe this is a very low, poor scale estimate, he said he would do whatever needed to cut corners, and make this job easier on him!!) and a very undereducated man, I am at the starting financial amount of repairs at $28,000.00! And I honeslty didn't think it was that bad. I mean it is throughout entire home, but thought I was just a spaz! In addition, that is not considering the repair of the exterior of the home! Discovered there is NO cocking/sealent anywhere on the home> INCLUDING THE WINDOWS AND TRIM!!
Let me know if you find anything please. We just bought home three years ago, assumed a mans loan, and had the foundation done last year, and getting foreclosed on 82,000$!! I refuse to pay for a mold infested dump!!!!! and can't get any help!
