This is what Bethany had hoped for --- that other people might happen upon this website before making the major purchase of a manufactured home. Please, please do your homework and make certain that the dealer does not have outstanding claims and lawsuits, etc. I suppose that you have found your way to navigate around the site as I see that you and Bethany have posted responses. Thanks again for your comments and I hope, if you do decide to go the route of a manufactured home, that you are well aware of all the problems and pitfalls that may await!
