We did go to the Attorney General and the Department of Public Health. This was early on in our problems right after the house was set in 2004. This did help in the early stages, one of the work orders even states "contacted Attorney General". The problems we are dealing with now are ones that have always been here, but the dealer and manufacturer were both supposed to come out and make a determination. That is the gridlock we are stuck at now...they just won't show. We have hired a lawyer and I do plan to take every route of action available to us as consumers of a faulty home, politically and otherwise. Thanks for your input. Bethany
