1999 Oakwood - a mistake?

Hello,
I'm about to sell my home in Southern Cal and buy something in the Williams, AZ area. I'm liking the idea of a manufactured home on a piece of land instead of a regular home sucking up all my equity money so I decided to do some research. This and the "Screwed By Oakwood" website has scared the shhhhhhugar out of me! Here is a link to a home I'm going to check out next week:

It's a 1999 2,200 sq ft Oakwood. The pics of it look impressive. The listed price including an acre of nice located land and lots of extras is still a bit overpriced but I was wanting to know if anyone is familiar with this model of Oakwood. Any info would be appreciated.
