I have everything documented including photos and all the documents related to my defective home and the fraud committed. If you check out my website album on Webshots you can see for yourself what I'm dealing with. I'm mad as heck and I'm not backing down, it's been six years now and I've had it with HCD/HUD and their excuses. TAISMHO yes!!
Everyone is all talk and no action Wes, so I'm curious to see what you have to offer on my situation. George Porter says I have a good case. I have all the problems you stated and then some. You signed up on my yahoo group complaint database under an alias name (nocturne_39) for which you only left advertising for your site. I would never even think of doing that to someone, I have spent a vast amount of time putting most of the info available in your book on my yahoo group for free to try to help others not get burned like I have been and am being currently. So, I'm here and I'd like to know right up front if you just want us to buy or if you are serious about a 'lawsuit' because the clock is ticking and I'm very serious about working together, because I have a good case and I've been talking with top officials at HCD, and if they get away with this BIG ONE, you all might as well give up. Make your own decision, check it out for yourself. I just wish someone would s**t or get off the pot, I need more people fighting with me that have defective construction (defective installation) that you reported by officially making a complaint with the Mobile Home Ombudsman as long as 4 years ago, and now they're not even following the laws, and right now it's only me fighting with them (HCD) and if you keep current on HCD's website (CA) things are happening in exactly that area, SETUP AND INSTALLATION. They are trying to make us believe that there has never been any laws regarding how to install/setup a manufactured home. I've got proof of fraud and collusion, so before me and my 2 special needs children (11, 5) die in this substandard box, I'd like to know where the real honest men in this society are. I'm very disappointed after 6 years of this nightmare.
