Sunshine is very small, relatively speaking (only about 1,000 homes per year versus tens of thousands yearly for the big outfits). That may limit your available options, somewhat. Some people really seem to like them, however. Any manufacturer can pose serious problems, though. 80% of customers overall report at least one MAJOR problem, and many have more. Do your homework thoroughly to save a lot of headaches and a lot of money. Hope this helps somewhat, and good luck.
