Danny, my name is Buck McCauley, my wife and I bought a 32 by 80 Fleetwood in Feb,2004 from American Homes of Clarksburg WV. Our dream house became our nightmare. We had problems from the start, after we ordered our home the salesman told us we could not have the siding we wanted, the shingles we wanted, the panels we wanted,or the color carpet we wanted. But we had them order the house anyway. Once they delivered our home the delivery crew trashed the house getting to our site. The trim crew they sent out was so bad that we told them not to come back out, so they turned us over to the factory for the rest of the setup. The factory crew did good work but the factory representatives kept screwing us around. They were telling us we had to live with the cracks in the trim, doors that freeze up and leak, bacically no ventalilation in our ceiling or attic space. The repair crew that they sent even told us our shingles won't last ten years. The doors in our house are coming apart and the factory told us nothing they can do about it. The list goes on and on.
