if you read my post you have lots to think about i had my inspected by private company they gave my 14 pages of things wrong with my home i had a construction company from area give a quote on fixing it it came to 58.000 before materails i only owe 55.000 on the home this is a 2002 home set up in janurary 2003 so you betteer just build a home if you dont want this bs they have no service or ethics
