Hello. We have purchased a Dutch manufactured home. We have had some minor glitches, but the company has stood behind the minor problems. Such as, trim at ceiling isn't put up secure, scuffs in the lenolium,& loud exhaust fans. The customer service rep has been very helpful, she returns calls right away, and seems very empathetic. I would recomend the Dutch housing company any day.
