I just bought a fleetwood from the Riverside factory, this company does the minimum. They think that because they sell cheap homes they have to put the absolutly cheapest parts in them. they cut corners until the whole damn place is round. I upgraded $20,000 worth, and I am still very dissapointed with much of the house. It is not set up yet, so we will see how that works out, I already have a list of 26 items for fleetwood to repair or fix. I would chose another company if I did it again, but the one thing I would do if I ordered a fleetwood is not have them add the upgrades. I would have them put in 6 inch walls, wood cabinets, and vinyl windows, but thats about all, the rest is pretty much junk upgrades that I will replace myself anyways.
