If manufacturer if Indies Homes of Hackleburg, AL, be warned. This is a brand name (d.b.a. or d"doing business as")owned by Charming Castle, LLC, which has gone out of business and closed their doors since mid-June 2006. My mother bought one earlier this year from Sanders Mobile Homes in Denham Springs, LA and had to wait over 5 months for delivery (promised within 30 days). Virtually none of the custom ordered work was delivered as promised, and what was built was very poo quality. Doors don't shut, paneling hung upside down, walls very far out of square. Service from Sanders is worse than the manufacturer - - they are on the verge of going out of business and unresponsive to numerous requests for action.
