32' x 90' with 4 ton central air? Too small?

I purchased an Indies House 32' x 90' with optional 6" sidewall insulation, do I need a 5 ton? The dealer installed a 4 ton central air & it doesn't cool & runs from when it gets hot outside to when it cools down it the evening, about 18-20 hours running straight.
The dealer doesn't want to install a 5 ton because of humidity problems, but I think this won't be a problem with a manufactured home of this size? I was told by another dealer that having the blower put on medium-high would solve any humidity problems from a 5 ton? I live in Baytown Texas.
