Anyone have a Dutch manufactured home? I strongly advise against it! Our home was set-up 10/2001. It arrived with all sorts of shipping damage, one of the main I-Beams were bent. Our home is not cheap, $82,000 just for the 32x80 home and another $25,000 for the basement. The set-up crew totally disregarded the installation manual. None of athe attic trusses were tied together, the house was not leveled, my basement walls started cracking with in 3 weeks. Our home actually moved in a storm, we have lost portions of the roof everytime we have a storm, we have major structural cracks that keep coming back after each repair, none of are floors are level, some floors have a 3 inch difference with in 10 feet. none of are cabinet and doors are level or straight, every window in the house leaks air. It goes on and on and when they did try and repair things they did it wrong or tried to cover it up. The electrical is a joke! Are lights stay dimmed when we use a sweeper or hair dryer. Now they have advised me to go through there private attorney's if I want anything and have refused to talk with me. There is triple the amount of problems I have listed, there are just too many!
