Whoa!!! Check out all the details first! Crest homes is a subsidiary of Oakwood homes. They are currently in bankrupcy in the the Delaware court system. Warranty guarantee's are shaky at best. If they revamp the corporate structure there might not be anyone for warranty work! I bought a crest "Bostonian" check out my website for more info before you buy!
