This is the greatest collection I have lucked into finding. It;s just GREAT!!!! thanks for shareing I have Bone Cancer Drs. told me I have to stsrt eating better Cant exersize too much pain so I plan to use this to help maintain my current weight. Thank You so much for such informative stuff
