I am not sure how to calculate my points. My wife told me 38 points but eveything I am reading on line says I should be around 33 points. Can you help?
I am 45 yrs of age, I weighed 201 lbs and am 5'-6 1/2 tall. I work a sit down / stand up walk around job which is active but I dont sweat by any means. I am currently playing softballo 4 nights per week. I have used 38 points this last week and have actually lost 4 lbs, however I feel like my points may be incorrect.
Can you offer any advice?
