Thanks, Dee, Now I know I used the right size pan.
I made them this morning. Haven't tasted them yet. I think I'll make 12 buns next time. The 15 called for in the recipe was a bit crowded.
I tried to turn the pan over to remove the buns as soon as I took them out of the oven. However, they stuck to the pan. Maybe I didn't spray the pan enough?
Or should I leave them in the pan to cool?
Do you brush the tops with butter or anything when you remove them?
Thanks so much for your help. I can't wait to try them! I might try half whole wheat next time, too.
