This is a secret family recipe handed down to me by my Iranian Husband's mother.
It's a great recipe and so very delicious. It's served over rice. Also I will include
with this recipe, a cool yogurt and cucumber salad recipe used for a side dish
to enhance the persian chili. It's a promise if you love chili as much as i do you will
