I just joined ww, the book explains 2 plans, one the flex plan based on a point system, the other called the core plan which controls calories by focusing your eating on a core list of wholesome, nutritious foods without tracking. The list is comprised of foods from all the food groups. It was established to provide eating to satisfaction without empty calories. For occasional treats, we can eat outside the list in a controlled amount. There is no tracking, counting...on this program.
