Hang on, and give yourself time to heal. Everyone has their own amount of time when they can sort all of the feelings out and feel better full time. BUT you will get there. I think you are doing a great job with all of it! You found one trick I used when I went through this, to be grateful for what you do have rather than to think about what you do not have. Be surprised how this can ease your mind. I'd be grateful for any teeny thing, the car starting in subzero temps; having a job I loved, a place to live. It gives you a deeper sense of what is really important in your life, and makes your mind focus on what you need.... I'll be thinking of you,
