Hi, I have just received the date for my first court appearance, its in a few weeks. It is a conference with a registrar. Don't know if your courts in the US are the same. Anyway it will be me, my lawyer, him, his lawyer & the registrar to try & agree on settlement. Has anyone been through this?I am very nervous! April
