Hi Kathy, Hearing from April and Kay has got to really help you as they were at the point you are at now just a few short weeks ago and are here now to help you through this. God bless them both! They too spoke the same words, felt the same feelings, and had to try to believe that there was some relief in sight. As you can hear from their post, they took those tiny steps toward healing. I know it is so hard to understand and believe at this point Kathy, but they are the proof, something that you can look forward too. And as Tom always says, one day at a time, keep as busy as you can. Do what you have not done in a while, just keep busy. The man you were with is gone. He left at least a year ago and did it behind your back. He took vows, said them, but really did not understand them. Kathy it is your time now to take care of you. And as Meeyu put it, cannot help but think of him the way he was, just keep him out of your future thoughts. You will never understand why he did what he did, and it really makes no difference. What does make a difference is how you react now to your feelings and the only way to react is for the benefit of you. Bad days, feeling bad, feeling angry, that IS going to happen off and on, less and less. Like Myssy said, you have to go through the pain to heal, cannot avoid it. If you avoid it, you will prolong the pain. You have to FEEL in order to HEAL.... I guess you call that a catch phrase. Think of that the next time you feel bad. It might help, then again it might anger you to the point where you would love to punch me in the face for mentioning it, and that is OK too. Any distraction to help you get through this HELPS! You look for the lost love Kathy, as I did, as we did. We open our hearts to you and try to replace some of that love you lost and I mean that Kathy. So many people have responded because we really do care for you. Thinking of you, Mike
