Getting angry and loosing it, it happens. Nothing to be ashamed of. The main thing is you feel bad about it, which means you do not want to loose control. Some people wan to loose control and intentionally want to get in the face of others. That is when you loose dignity and your mind. You will learn to not have people push those new buttons, it takes time. Main thing is keeping cool in court when that comes up. The court decisions will be influenced by your appearance. Myssy is so right. Peoples first reaction is being giggly or whatever. It reality they do not like ther person having the affair. Keep that in mind next time. You have nothing to say or prove to anyone with words, your actions have shown the world the caring person you are. It is he that will have to defend himself the rest of his life. His words did not support his actions, but that takes time for people to realize that. Mike
