Allow yourself to feel the hurt. There is no way getting around it. Ride the wave until it passes. Enjoy the moments when you are functioning without his life burning in your brain. It's normal. It's the only thing normal about divorce - pain. There is no way to get through this and not feel. It would make us like them, and weren't not. They eventually feel, but everything is gone by then.
