Hi Kathy, One day at a time. You cannot rush it. Eventually it will get easier for you to deal with the day, then the week, then the month. It will come. Concentrate on you doing new things. Helping others gets our mine off of the whole mess. Distractions, distractions, distractions. Friends and family. Friends and family. Friends and family. It is quite the experience. My son is now having deep anger about his mother because she is still in MLC and now is running around on the love of her life. but this will happen. I am here to tell you that there is life afterwards. Remarried over a year now and 5yrs since the x went nuts. Thats what is is. I got a laugh again yesterday when I read from a counselor that MLC can be a change for the better. In five years all I know that went thru MLC have not settled. They wander again and again. Us LBH's will make it. Take care Tom
