I believe I have found your James and Susie Napper in 1930 Jefferson Co., KY and 1910 in Edmonson Co., KY. I am looking for John Napper who married Mary Blair. I believe James is his brother as on the 1910 census of Edmonson Co., they live very near each other and Frank M. Napper lives next door to James and Susie Napper.
John was born about 1882, James M. about 1881. Frank was born about 1846 in KY.
Do you know anything of John and Mary Napper? Mary moved to Hardin County, KY by 1930 and is listed as a widow.
