Im not originally from here, and I am having trouble distinguishing what is considered to be Division 21 and Division 23. Are the mouths of rivers flowing into Lake Superior considered to be 23? Also, When do fish start running in the spring? I leave Thunder Bay on May 1st or so and I would like to get some trout fishing in before I go home for the summer. I spent some time at the Wolf river last fall, and did well. Would the fishing be good there throughout april after the ice is out?
