There's several INEXPENSIVE graphs that work great, with dry-cell internal battery solutions that work great! And with their handy-dandy portable cases to keep the transducer in, well....I like the model with an attachment for a temperature probe...start hunting specks with that! Sure flashers work on the ice. But not THRU THE ICE like a graph...drill a shallow hole, pour in sum water...stick in transducer...voila...reads thru ice...sure, a MODEL T will get you to Westfort...but so will a GSXR-1100....
