hey bean, sounds like your putting a lot of effort into trying to find fish this winter, thats good to see. Ice fishing is such a challenge and its good to see that dedication. Most people have their one or two honey holes and never go to the effort of finding more spots..and good luck trying to get them to tell you where they go. If your interestred in whitefish I've been doing well on little trout bay in the last couple weeks and I can give you the specifics on location and techniques.. It just takes a bit of detective work really. I just listen to what people say on here, then I go out and find other peoples old holes to find the specific locations, or watch where the machines are going. Or you can find the good spots yourself if you're really good.
