For anyone going to Squeers Lake this week, the ice conitions are good 1/2 foot of ice + 1/2 foot of slush + 1 foot ice. The trail going in is pretty good with fresh snow. THe bite was really good in the morning and died off between 12 and 3 then picked up again. Lots of lake trout caught yesterday.
